At Air Filters Delivered, we want to ensure your home or office air remains clean and fresh. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused filters within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to locate your order and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Filters

  Place the unused filters in their original packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
